I liked nothing very old hotel not kept up very dirty!
The shower wall was coming apart up at the shower head. Toilet would barely flush. Strange large box in room have no idea what the purpose was? Could not rent any movies. Bathroom very dirty did not take bath or shower. Very ran down hotel and very dirty! Well never stay at this hotel again!

Perfect location, only a short distance to everywhere. Cable TV, a seating area and a writing desk in the room and the nice bed. Sumptuous and exceptionally good breakfast, great food choice.
Not that friendly staff!

There was an available room.
The facility is falling apart. We question the safety of the hotel, especially the elevators. It has a feeling of transients and partying college students. It is a budget hotel at best. The person ahead of us was charged $129...at 2am...I Would have been really upset...we felt at $79 - the rate was too high. It was comparable to a $39/night hotel room. We strongly suggest you look into this hotel. I do not think it is the type of location you desire to promote. Thank you for this survey...Eric and Susan Laessig

Decent size room except for the sink. The really helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff working throughout the hotel.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The staff at the Clarion Inn were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how they assisted me with my reservations and printing tickets when I needed help. The breakfast had a great selection, and I loved the made-to-order omelets that Marcus prepared. The pool area was clean with a nice spot to relax. The room cleanliness left something to be desired, with visible dirt in the corners and some maintenance issues that need addressing. The parking lot had several potholes, a little off-putting. The location is convenient, close to attractions like the New Belgium Brewery and shops, perfect for exploring the area. If the housekeeping and maintenance improve, this could be a perfect stay.

Scary place! This used to be a lovely hotel but now it is really run down. The halls smelled like urine and I did not feel safe there.

The place was disgusting. It appears to be a place where homeless families and people involved with the drug culture stay due to the 44.00 rate advertised on the sign in front. No soundproofing, awful smells. Take it off your list.

Please see private comments. The front desk staff was efficient however the hotel property itself was run down and soiled.

We like to stay here to give the kids the opportunity to have some indoor fun at the pool. Especially during winter months. The last two times we have stayed here because we are making it a weekend visit with our daughter at CSU. We have stayed here becuase of the pool and the price of the rooms!
Woke up on Saturday morning and went to the lobby to get a quick cup of coffee while the kids were still sleeping. Disapointed that there was none. I was told by the gal at the front desk that I got an excellent room rate and that the prices were going up to 80.00 per night. IfThe next time we are coming for a visit I will check to see if this is the case we probably wont stay there. It would be different to pay $80.00 a night if there were a restuarant on the premises.

This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi, free parking, and friendly 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I'll never forget how the staff helped print my tickets on my first visit. Highly recommend staying here!

The bed was comfortable
The cleanliness, the pool and hot tub, the nobs on the sinks were broken, the electrical outlets were unsafe and some worked and some did not. The chemicals in the hot tub turned my silver jewelry black. It was all filthy. In a non smoking room (wing), sheets had cigarette holes and the halls reeked of smoke. Every day we had to reprogram our room keys, we could not get back in our rooms, very unconvenient.

Solo traveler adventurous
The food in the morning was amazing like I've never had such a delicious breakfast ever and the staff worked so hard even if they were clearly under pressure and the woman making breakfast stood out as so nice it was heartwarming even if she struggled with English.
It wasn't entirely inexpensive but considering the circumstances the stay was manageable.
